About me

Hello! My name is Nektarios, and I am currently a PhD student at the Probabilistic Machine Learning group under the supervision of Prof. Isabel Valera at Saarland University. Prior to joining the PhD program, I completed an Integrated Master’s Degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Patras.

My research interests lie in the realm of interpretable machine learning and explainable AI. I am passionate about creating machine learning systems that are not only powerful and accurate but also transparent and understandable to humans. Additionally, I enjoy assisting experts in discovering new knowledge through interpretable machine learning techniques.

Feel free to reach out to me via email!
